Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters
Extractor filters can be applied to many different slurries, including fibrous materials, fine slimes, and course granular solids. They provide high extraction efficiency, low cake moisture, increased production and reduced operating cost while achieving maximum filtration area.
The RCM flow meter is used to lubricate the belt deck, the reed switch option (1S2) is added to provide an alarm when flow rates fall below normal operating conditions which can be supplied for control room reporting. RCM flow meters provide adequate lubrication which can extend the service life of the belt. Below are two vacuum belt filters designs.
